Consider this your reminder: School is not in session on Monday. Find something else to do.
In other words, have a Feelday. The online activity guide for families that launched last year in NYC is spreading its curated search engine magic to Seattle, Boston, and San Francisco (with more cities coming soon).
The premise is simple. Feelday combs the Web for family activities, extracts the junk, and then organizes the best information based on mood, location, and date. You tell the site how you’re feeling (lucky, hungry, and outdoorsy are just three options) and when you’re free (today, tomorrow, this weekend), and put in your zip code. Feelday returns customized results.
The interactive design does exactly what you need — gives information quickly so you can get offline and have fun. Event listings include user ratings, Facebook-powered invite-a-friend capabilities, and a playlist that lets you store activities for future dates.
Because there’s bound to be a teacher institute day just around the corner.
