Central Park Pumpkin Festival
Central Park takes the very best traditions of the autumn season and offers them all for FREE! Activities include a haunted house, a pumpkin patch (kids take home a free sugar pumpkin), pumpkin decorating, live Quidditch matches, marionette performances, walkabout characters, pumpkin carving, arts & crafts with The New Victory Theater and Scribble Town, live entertainment, a farmers market and more.  NOTE: This is an extremely popular event and it gets incredibly crowded, so I advise getting there as early as possible. Central Park's Naumburg Bandshell, located near 72nd St. & 5th Ave. 11:00 AM - 3:00 PM. HAUNTED HIGH LINE HALLOWEEN
11:00am to 3:00pm. FREE.
Come in costume to trick-or-treat with characters from the High Line’s industrial past. Sneak through a haunted train tunnel (if you dare!), get lost in a hay-bale maze, dance to a ditty, decorate a pumpkin from our pumpkin patch, and construct your own train car from recycled materials. Pose for pictures in a dress-up photo booth, complete with a view of the High Line’s historic past and the 18-foot High Line Ghost Train made by local children and puppet master Ralph Lee.

TRICK-OR-TREAT WITH HIGH LINE GHOSTS
All along the High Line, between West 13th and West 18th Streets
Ghosts from Death Avenue’s past are haunting the High Line! Answer riddles about their lives, and be rewarded with a sweet treat. See if you can meet all five!

10th Avenue Square, on the High Line at West 17th Street
“Pick” your own sugar pumpkins from our pumpkin patch and decorate with metallic and colorful paint markers, then jam to spooky songs in our Sunken Overlook. Don't forget to take your decorated pumpkin home!

PHOTO BOOOTH & GHOST TRAIN

HAUNTED TRAIN TUNNEL
14th Street Passage, on the High Line between West 13th and West 14th Streets. Students of the School of Visual Art’s Interior Design Program drew inspiration from 10th Avenue’s hair-raising history to haunt this train tunnel. It will be spooky, but also family friendly. Enter if you dare!

HAY-BALE MAZE
Under The Standard, High Line, on the High Line at West 13th Street. Get lost in our toddler-friendly hay-bale maze.
